Otterly Thriving | Infant Sleep Help for Tired Parents

Well hi, there! I'm Katie!

My name is Katie Boyanton, and I’m a former Kindergarten teacher and educator of over 20 years, mom and grand parent turned sleep consultant in Burleson, Texas! It means the world to me to work with families who feel like they’re just trying to survive the day without hiding in the bathroom with snacks—I’ve totally been there!

A lot of us are parenting with tools we picked up from our own childhoods, kind of like hand-me-down advice we didn’t ask for—and let’s be honest, some of it could use an upgrade. That’s why I love what I do—helping parents swap chaos for calm, discover new ways to handle the wild moments, and bring more laughter, freedom, and sanity (yes, it’s possible!) into their homes.

Oh, and as a sleep consultant, I know just how life-changing a good night’s rest can be. Helping kids (and their exhausted parents) finally get the sleep they need is a game-changer—because well-rested families are happier, more patient, and way more fun to be around. Parenting is hard, but it doesn’t have to feel like a nonstop struggle.
