Sleep isn’t something your baby will just “figure out” on their own. It’s a learned skill. And the reason nothing you’ve tried has worked is because you’ve been missing the science  and development stages behind the wakings.

You will nurture attachment and connection as both play a large role in independent sleep.You don’t have to choose between letting your baby cry for hours and never sleeping again. There’s a third way—one that honors your baby’s needs  first and nurturing your bond by always responding to your baby.

It’s about understanding your baby’s development, their unique temperament, and how the day time plays a huge role  role in independent sleep.Sleep isn’t something your baby will just “figure out” on their own. I’m certified baby sleep consultant, a mom of two, and now a grandparent. I have a degree in early childhood development and years of experience as a kindergarten teacher. I’ve helped my own babies learn to sleep, and I’ve walked with other exhausted mamas through this exact journey.I believe in guiding parents how to help their babies toward independent sleep with confidence and connection. I’ve seen it work—over and over again. And I know it can work for you, too.
