Express Call:
If the call has not been scheduled or conducted, a refund (minus payment processing fees) may be requested within 3 days of purchase date by submitting the request in writing to katie@otterlythriving.com. After 3 days have passed since purchase date, no refund will be provided.
Bronze, Silver and Gold Packages:
Once the intake form has been completed by the client and the consultant has begun writing the custom sleep plan, no refunds will be offered for this package. If the intake form has not yet been submitted by the client, a refund (minus payment processing fees) may be requested within 3 days of purchase date by submitting the request in writing to katie@otterlythriving.com. After 3 days have passed since purchase date, no refund will be provided.
